Control Induction News
It was great to see that 3 out of 4 chef's that made it to the banquet were our customers.
We are really lucky dealing with such amazing customers, and I really do mean amazing.
Most of our customers are top end restaurants and pubs who really care about what they do. Or, they are guys/girls spending their own money on our kit for an ambitious venture with its sights on being the best in the area/country/guides/win gbm etc.
With what comes out of their kitchens being the culmination of a team effort, I suppose it shouldn't be a surprise that most of our customers are 'amazing' . To achieve what they/you do needs the interpersonal skills to; make the team perform, understand how treating other people well is important, appreciate effort from their team, appreciate effort from other teams (we often feel really appreciated which is so motivating and enjoyable) I suppose I shouldn't be amazed, I should just expect that dealing with people who are so good, in so many ways, is going to be an absolute pleasure 😊
