This Island suite for the main kitchen and wall cooker for the pastry kitchen at Swinton Estate, commissioned by Greens Kitchens, was installed in February 2024.
The main kitchen suite contains:
- 12 x 5kW heavy-duty induction hobs
- 2 x Single French Planchas
- 1 x 15kW twin pan fryer
- 1 x Built-in water bath
- 1 x 1 x BlueSeal finishing oven
The pastry kitchen cooker contains:
